What is included in each detailing package?
- Standard includes an exterior wash, interior wipe-down, and vacuum. Premium adds a full interior detail and spray wax. Executive adds machine polishing and leather treatment. Starting prices and package comparisons are shown on the Request Service page.
How long does mobile detailing take?
Estimated service times are about 1 hour 15 minutes for Standard, 1 hour 30 minutes for Premium, and 2 hours for Executive. Vehicle size and condition may affect the final time.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
- PBP will confirm any access requirements with you before the appointment so the team can arrive prepared for your service location.
Where can PBP perform the service?
- Service can be requested at the address where you want the detailing performed, as long as the location is safe, legal, and has enough room to work around the vehicle.
Does submitting a request confirm my appointment?
- No. The date and time you choose are your preferences. PBP will contact you to confirm availability, the service location, and the final details.
What types of vehicles do you detail?
- PBP currently accepts service requests for sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, and vans.
How should I prepare my vehicle?
- Please remove valuables and personal belongings, provide access to the vehicle, and make sure there is enough space for the detailing work.
What happens if the weather is bad?
- Because mobile detailing is weather-sensitive, PBP may recommend a covered location or contact you to adjust the appointment when conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Can you remove pet hair and deep stains?
- Pet hair removal and full interior shampoo are available as add-ons. Results, time, and final pricing depend on the condition of the interior.
Is ceramic coating the same as spray wax?
- No. Spray wax provides short-term shine and protection, while ceramic coating is a more intensive protective treatment. Ceramic coating starts at $1,000 and is quoted after reviewing the vehicle.
Why might the final price change?
- All listed prices are starting prices. Vehicle size, condition, selected add-ons, service time, and travel distance can affect the final quote. A $25 surcharge applies for locations 25 or more miles outside the service perimeter.
